What is Enforcement Proceedings?<br \/>\nDefinition: Enforcement proceedings are a legal process that begins with creditors applying to the enforcement courts to collect their receivables.<br \/>\nTypes: There are two main types: Enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings.<br \/>\n2. Initiation of Enforcement Proceedings<br \/>\nApplication Petition: The creditor applies to the enforcement court and requests enforcement. The amount of the receivable and the source of the receivable must be specified in this petition.<br \/>\nExample: A company applies to the enforcement court to collect a receivable of 50,000 TL from a goods supplier.<br \/>\n3.
