For this reason, it is not necessary to wait for the finalization of the decision in order to ensure the eviction of the tenant. A decision to evacuate the immovable can be put into enforcement proceedings before the decision becomes final, as there is no provision regarding the real rights of the immovable. The tenant will not be able to stop the enforcement proceedings by objecting to the enforcement proceedings with a writ.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0e8 However, in order for the tenant to evacuate the tenant, the plaintiff must give the tenant a reasonable period of time. Therefore, the 10-day period must pass with the notification of the eviction lawsuit decision to the tenant. For this reason, the decision should be notified to the tenant first, and then 10 days should be waited from the notification.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0e8 After the expiry of the 10-day period, the plaintiff will be able to initiate a criminal proceeding against the tenant in any enforcement office.
