Crime of injury committed by conscious negligence within the scope of TCK Article 89\/1 is subject to complaint, but it is not subject to complaint for other paragraphs.<br \/>\nCrime of sexual assault (Art. 102\/1 and 102\/2-second sentence).<br \/>\nCrime of sexual intercourse with a minor (Art. 104\/1).<br \/>\nCrime of sexual harassment (Art. 105\/1).<br \/>\nCrime of threat (Art. 106\/1 second sentence).<br \/>\nCrime of violating the inviolability of residence (Art. 116\/1-2-4).<br \/>\nCrime of violating the freedom of work and labor (Art. 117\/1).<br \/>\nCrime of disturbing the peace and tranquility of individuals (Art. 123\/1).<br \/>\nCrime of persistent stalking (Art. 123\/A).<br \/>\nCrime of insult (Art. 125\/1, 2, 3). Crime of insulting a public official committed because of his duty or crime of insulting the president are not subject to complaint.<br \/>\nCrime of insulting the memory of a person (Art. 130\/1, 2). Prosecution of crime of insulting the memory of a public official because of his duty is not subject to complaint. Simple intentional bodily harm<br \/>\nCrime of violating the privacy of communication (Art. 132\/1, 2, 3).<br \/>\nCrime of listening to and recording conversations between individuals (Art. 133\/1, 2, 3).<br \/>\nCrime of violating the privacy of private life (Art. 134\/1, 2).<br \/>\nThe Crime of Theft (Article 141) and the crime of qualified theft (Article 142\/1, 2, 3) are crimes subject to complaint if committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK. The pursuit of all other cases is not subject to complaint and is prosecuted ex officio. In cases of theft that require lesser punishments, they are also subject to complaint (Article 144\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of use theft (Article 146\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of damaging property (Article 151\/1, 2). The qualified cases of the crime of damaging property (Article 152\/1,2) are also crimes subject to complaint if committed to the detriment of the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<br \/>\nThe crime of damaging places of worship and cemeteries is subject to complaint if committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK. (Article 153\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of trespassing on an unauthorized place (Art. 154\/1,2,3) is subject to a complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<br \/>\nThe crime of breach of trust (Art. 155\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of using a promissory note without consideration (Art. 156\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of fraud (Art. 157\/1) and qualified fraud (Art. 158\/1,2) are subject to a complaint if they are committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<br \/>\nA lesser penalty in fraud (Art. 159\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of disposing of lost or mistakenly obtained property (Art. 160\/1).<br \/>\nThe crime of fraudulent bankruptcy (Art. 161\/1) is one of the crimes subject to a complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<br \/>\nThe crime of negligent bankruptcy (Art. 162\/1) is one of the crimes subject to complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<\/p>\n<p>The crime of benefiting without consideration (Art. 163\/1-2 of the TCK) is subject to complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<\/p>\n<p>The crime of giving false information about companies or cooperatives (Art. 164\/1) is subject to complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<\/p>\n<p>The crime of buying or accepting criminal property (Art. 165\/1) is subject to complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<\/p>\n<p>The crime of failure to provide information (Art. 166\/1) is subject to complaint if it is committed against the persons specified in Article 167\/2 of the TCK.<\/p>\n<p>The crime of misuse of open signature (Art. 209\/1).<br \/>\nCrime of breach of obligation arising from family law (Article 233\/1).<\/p>\n<p>Disclosure of information or documents that are commercial secrets, banking secrets or customer secrets (Article 239\/1-2-3, excluding the fourth paragraph).<\/p>\n<p>Crime of kidnapping and detention of a child (Article 234\/3<\/p>\n<p>The statute of limitations for crimes subject to complaint is 6 months from the date of learning of the act and the perpetrator.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Art. 86\/2).
