This decision may be made by the General Directorate of Migration Management for various reasons. Foreigners who receive a deportation decision have the right to object to this decision through legal means.<br \/>\nObjection Period<br \/>\nObjection against the deportation decision must be made within 7 days from the date of notification of the decision. If no objection is made within this period, the decision becomes final and the foreigner is deported.<br \/>\nPlace to Make the Objection<br \/>\nObjection to the deportation decision must be made to the administrative courts. In this case, the foreigner is not deported.
