Blue Card holders can benefit from many rights in Turkey. The most important of these rights are:<br \/>\nResidence and work permit in Turkey<br \/>\nThe right to obtain a residence and work permit for his\/her spouse and children<br \/>\nThe right to benefit from social security and health services<br \/>\nRight to purchase real estate<br \/>\nright to education<br \/>\nBlue Card holders can become Turkish citizens again by meeting certain conditions. These conditions are:<br \/>\n1. National Security and Public Order:<br \/>\nThe applicant must not have a situation that would pose an obstacle in terms of national security or public order.<br \/>\n2. Application:<br \/>\nThe Blue Card holder must apply to the governorships in the country and the foreign representative offices abroad and inform them that he\/she wants to become a Turkish citizen.<br \/>\nThe application can be made in person or through a proxy.<br \/>\n3. Required Documents:<br \/>\nApplication form<br \/>\nBlue Card<br \/>\nIdentity certificate or passport<br \/>\nbirth certificate<br \/>\nMilitary service certificate (for men)<br \/>\nMarriage certificate (for married couples)<br \/>\ncriminal record<br \/>\nPhotograph<br \/>\n4.
