The creditor applies to the enforcement office and requests a lien. If the request is accepted, enforcement officers carry out the seizure process. During the seizure process, a report is prepared regarding the seized goods.<br \/>\nWhich Goods Can Be Seized?<br \/>\nSeizure can be placed on all movable and immovable properties of the debtor. In this context;<br \/>\n\u2022 Immovable properties such as houses, cars and land<br \/>\n\u2022 Money in the bank<br \/>\n\u2022 Wage<br \/>\n\u2022 Pension<br \/>\n\u2022 Receivable rights<br \/>\n\u2022 Securities<br \/>\n\u2022 Business assets<br \/>\nSuch goods can be seized.<br \/>\nLien Types<br \/>\nLiens are divided into different types according to the way they are placed:<br \/>\n\u2022 Final Seizure: It is the seizure of property in an amount that will cover the entire receivables of the creditor.<br \/>\n\u2022 Partial Seizure: Seizure of property in an amount that will cover a portion of the creditor.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provisional Seizure: It is a lien placed as a precautionary measure to collect the receivable in question.<br \/>\nRights Regarding Seizure<br \/>\nThe debtor has some rights regarding the seized goods.
