Joint Stock Companies: Management in joint stock companies is provided by the general assembly and the board of directors. The general assembly is the highest decision-making body of the company that meets at least once a year. The board of directors is the body elected by the general assembly and conducts the daily affairs of the company.
\nLimited Companies: Management in limited companies is provided by the directors. Directors are elected or appointed by the partners and conduct the daily affairs of the company.<\/p>\n
