Real estate valuation is the process of determining the most probable value of a real estate on a specific date, for a specific purpose, and under a specific market condition. This value is determined by considering the physical properties, location, market conditions and other factors of the real estate.<\/p>\n

Real Estate Valuation Process<\/p>\n

The real estate valuation process generally consists of the following stages:<\/p>\n

Definition and Information Gathering: Information is collected about the type, location, physical properties, legal status and market conditions of the real estate to be valued.
