The consequences of these accidents can sometimes be irreversible. In this article, we will examine in detail the frequently encountered wrong behaviors in traffic accidents, the penal consequences of these behaviors, and the sanctions applied.<\/p>\n

Exceeding the speed limit: One of the most important causes of traffic accidents is exceeding the speed limit. Speed \u200b\u200bis one of the most important factors that increases the severity of an accident.
\nDrunk driving: Alcohol slows down reaction times, distracts attention, and impairs decision-making mechanisms. Therefore, drunk driving is one of the most important causes of traffic accidents.
\nReckless driving: Distracting actions such as using a mobile phone, texting, and eating can cause traffic accidents.
\nRed light crossing: Running a red light is a serious traffic violation that endangers both driver and pedestrian safety.
\nFailure to comply with overtaking rules: Overtaking maneuvers must be performed carefully and safely. Failure to comply with overtaking rules can cause a collision with vehicles coming from the opposite direction.
