In this article, we will discuss the legal framework of evidence collection processes in drug possession crimes, the validity of evidence and the protection of personal rights.
\n1. Evidence Collection Methods in Drug Possession
\n\u2022 Search and Seizure:
\no Reasoned suspicion: In order to issue a search warrant, the judge must have sufficient and reasoned suspicion.<\/p>\n
