1. Sharing of Material Property
Sharing of Acquired Property:

The material situation after divorce is determined according to the property regime:

Participation in Acquired Property Regime (Properties acquired during the marriage are shared equally): This is the most frequently used regime.
Separation of Property Regime (Each spouse retains their own property): Applied if the parties choose by contract.

2. Alimony Status
Poverty Alimony: Paid to the party who will fall into poverty due to divorce in proportion to the financial strength of the other party.
Participation Alimony: Upon the request of the party who has custody of the child, the other party contributes to the child’s care.

3. Income and Living Arrangement

After divorce:

Each individual determines their standard of living according to their own income.
The living obligations of the parties (for example, childcare) are regulated according to alimony, property sharing and other legal regulations.

4. Status of Debts

Debts acquired during marriage are generally considered joint responsibility. However, personal debts after divorce are kept separate.
