What is the Crime of Fraud?

What Should You Do When You Are Frauded?

Gathering evidence: Keep all documents that prove the fraud (messages, invoices, contracts, etc.).
Preparing a complaint petition: Go to the nearest police station or prosecutor’s office and file a complaint petition. In your petition, explain the incident in detail and include your evidence.
