How to Get Marriage Alimony?

In the type of alimony known as marriage alimony, which of the spouses will become poor is taken into consideration. In our country, payment is made as a precautionary measure, considering that one of the spouses is not working and will fall into poverty after divorce due to the management of the house. The person who pays the alimony is the spouse who provides the financial livelihood of the house. At the same time, alimony is requested separately for joint children, if any. If the divorced spouse starts working, the alimony allocated for him is cut off, but the alimony for the children continues until the children finish their education. At the same time, the living and health expenses of the children are shared by the spouses.
