Worker Employment Status

Each of us is working on certain duties and providing services in order to maintain our own life in life. In return for all these efforts, we agree with a fee and demand that it be paid to us within a certain period and we realize it. Giving a service in any subject or working as a worker in a company is a daily duty for which you can receive a certain amount of wages if you continue to work on time and under the conditions provided by the company. Working hours, the wages you will receive, your working conditions are the issues that you should determine at the time of employment and that you should mutually agree.

What to do in case of dismissal?

It is not legally correct to be fired while continuing your job at a workplace, unless you have any fault or negligence in duty. Some workplaces may close the company because they could not continue their business, and in the meantime, they may dismiss you by paying you all the rights you have earned while you are working. If you are dismissed before your vested rights have been paid to you, you should apply for mediation and request the settlement of the dispute immediately before applying to the labor court. You cannot reach any positive result in our negotiations with the mediator, and you have the right to file a lawsuit in the labor court. After all these procedures, the labor court will make the decisions about what you will get when you file a lawsuit with the labor court. In order to get the job receivable, you must first apply to the mediator and then, if you do not get any positive results from the mediator, you should file a lawsuit in the labor court.
