Article 315 of the HMK (Code of Civil Procedure) regulates the *obligation to present documents* that are in the possession of a party or third parties and that will be useful in resolving the case.
The second sentence of HMK 315/1 is about the *obligation to present documents* and states that if the document is not presented to the court, the content of the document will be considered true. In other words, if a party does not present the document that they claim to have to the court, the claims of the other party regarding the content of that document may be considered true by the court. This regulation sets forth the consequences that will occur if the parties fail to fulfill their obligation to present documents and grants the court the authority to draw a conclusion against the party that does not present the document.
