Divorce Process
Although divorce processes are very difficult and troublesome processes, the desire of one of the spouses to divorce is often sufficient for the divorce process to take place. You may decide to divorce together, or you may only want the divorce. There are certain conditions that are necessary for the divorce to take place. These conditions are generally reasons such as immoral behavior, severe violence by one of the spouses, cheating, humiliating behavior, and being dependent on one of the spouses. But your spouse may not want to divorce you. Or you may not want to divorce your spouse. If you say you don’t want to get divorced when you go to court, but if sufficient reasons and reasons are presented to the court within the evidence, the divorce process will probably take place. If you do not want to divorce, you should go to the way of persuading this with a one-on-one meeting with your spouse. But if your spouse really wants to divorce you, eventually, the court will order your divorce. Even if the case is rejected, you can file a lawsuit with your spouse again and the case can continue until the divorce occurs. In such cases, there is not much you can do.
Statement I Don’t Want to Divorce

You can demand your rights in the common denominator and obtain them from the court by discussing the mutual conditions with your spouse and continuing the communication instead of the request for divorce. If you still do not want to divorce, your spouse will be able to file a divorce case against you, even if the court decides against you. In such cases, the best thing you can do is to persuade your spouse by keeping communication, or you can get your divorce by demanding your rights from the court.
