A doctor’s report stating that there is no harm in possession and carrying of weapons in terms of physical, psychological, neurological and physical disorders (to be obtained from state or university hospitals)
6 passport size photos taken within the last year
Letter stating that there is no overdue tax
Receipt of payment of transport or possession license fee
Other documents determined according to the nature of the job, profession or task for which the transportation license is justified.
