The pension will be canceled in case of fake insurance. Fraudulent insurance is the deletion of premium days after the Social Security Institution determines that the workplace and the job are unrealistic. If it is determined by the SGK that the workplace and the work of the retired person are unrealistic, the pension of the retired person will be cancelled. Some of these situations are:
• Fake retirement
• Overcapacity employment
• Insurance of first degree relatives even though they are not working
• Insurance of persons residing abroad in Turkey
